Abstract
During my 2-year internship at the COM Oncology Medicine facility, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in a field that has always intrigued me and fascinated me. I wanted to deepen this field for the drafting of the final thesis, with the aim of bringing out more the figure of the nurse in the field of oncology, the importance of technical skills and practical skills but, above all, the importance of the theoretical preparation involved in the work of nurses in this field. To achieve the final goal will be reported three Case reports concerning three different people, it is two men and a woman aged between forty and sixty years with pancreatic adenocarcinoma, which differ in age, sex, onset, symptomatology, and coping. The paper will therefore deal with pancreatic adenocarcinoma from a theoretical point of view through bibliographic research, both from a practical point of view mediated case reports.
