Abstract
The goal of this paper is to observe how to promote an improvement in the flow of users by acting within the temporal space that goes from the time of assigning a color code to medical treatment. Specifically, this paper aims to compare a population sample to which a green or blue color code that has been assigned in a period ranging from October 2021 to March 2022. It is therefore proposed to evaluate the impact of this new nursing figure, after having exposed the competences and the role within the operative unit, on the process times. The data collected will observe the change in process times in the light of this innovation which is expressed in an activity whose responsibility is entirely nursing (senior nurses) in the face of the new color code system.
