Abstract
To date it is increasingly important to implement procedures for the management of patient based on evidence of effectiveness and therefore being that the instruction operationale (IO) on management of the small patient for transplantation hematopoietic stem cell (HTC) was obsolete, it seemed right to create one new. To arrive at the creation of the new IO it was thought to explain the subject dealt with looking for revision of the intranet of AOU of Modena and to note what was involved with autologous transplantation and its complications. Then we wont to explain the usefulness of standards in healthcare. The purpose is that this IO can be consulted so that carry out evidence-based nursing (EBN) and care and assist patients with tecniques on wich there have been efficacy trials and which so they can be safe for small patients.
