Abstract
This thesis deals talks about nursing care to the patient with unstable angina, a topic of particular relevance as about 30% of patients with this condition will experience myocardial infarction within three months of onset. The term unstable angina is used to describe signs and symptoms that cannot be classified as stable angina or acute myocardial infarction, and expresses a clinical syndrome that presents alterations of the electrocardiographic path without the increase of biochemical markers of myocardial damage. Through bibliographic research, the pathology in its entirety, studying its causes, pharmacological treatments and hospitalization with particular attention to nursing management and the treatment of the patient phase by phase during the hospital stay. Finally, attention was also paid to the therapeutic education of the patient to discharge Databases such as CINAHL, pubmed, Cochrane Library, Nursing Reference Center were consulted using the keywords: "unstable angina", "unstable angina treatment", "nursing", "phisiophatology of the unstable angina", "acute coronary syndrome", "anticoagulation", "Electrocardiogram" and consulting the websites of the official bodies dealing with public health.
