Abstract
In this paper was discussed the importance of the role of the nurse in caring the person suffering from Still's disease, a chronic inflammatory disease. The concept of early diagnosis is important for this disease, but this does not always happen because the symptoms of AoSD resemble those of many illness.It is necessary for the patient to be taken care of by a multidisciplinary team, in which each professional can express their skills in order to satisfy patient's needs and improve the quality of their life.Within this team, the nurse plays an important role, an underdeveloped figure in the rheumatology field. It is hoped for a greater involvement of the nursing staff in the care process of the rheumatic patient, in order to improve their overall care.
