Abstract
The topic discussed in this thesis is about the nurse on the scene of the crime, with particular attention to the managemet of the traumatised patient, from the moment that most of these events begin with trauma or with a factor leading to it.
This course of study born was during the internship in the emergency room in Pavullo nel Frignano, where I discovered the world of the outpatient, this is what intrigued me a lot.
I wanted to find a topic that spoke precisely about the nurse working on our territory but looking at it at a different angle as from what we are normally used too see.
This course of study in how the nurse should approach this type of scene and how the traumatised patient is different from a daily routine patient, keeping in mind both ( scene and patient ).
The topics covered show tha the nurse who is in a working environment in the hospital must be able to adapt to.
