Abstract
Valvulopathies are necessary heart diseases largely associated with aging. The therapy is purely surgical. An early diagnosis favors the outcome of surgery, as it can sometimes be asymptomatic for a short period of time or dare to have mild symptoms such as mild dyspnea, dizziness and angina pectoris, but when the obstruction becomes more severe these symptoms be more frequent and therefore one must intervene surgically.
The objective of this degree thesis is to develop an assistance plan using NNN nursing taxonomies, for people undergoing surgery for valvulopathy.
Pre-operative nursing skills are taken into consideration, patient education as early and planned education favors the post-operative course and allows the patient to regain control of his or her body and life.
Subsequently, post-operative nursing skills are taken into consideration, in order to guarantee an effective psychophysical recovery of the patient who allows a rehabilitation program to be started as soon as possible.
