Abstract
End of life is an extremely fragile condition in a person’s existence as for people next to her or him. Palliative cares allow the creation of an individualized assistance path, created on the bases of the specific needs of person involved.
To improve the approach to end of life condition, Dignity Therapy and the application of Dignity Caring by the care team want to increase sense of personal dignity, self-efficacy an purpose in the last days of life. At the same time, the aim is to decrease emotional distress.
The creation of Generativity Document under the guidance of an expert nurse allows to create a written and unforgettable trace to leave to those who remain.
The case in this paper represent an emotional testimony about most meaningful life’s experiences. It also contains advices to leave to loved ones before death.
