Abstract

More and more people are affected by cardiovascular disease, among which we can list the myocardical infarction. Nowadays cardiovascular disease is the primary cause of death. Thanks to prompt interventions it is now possible to save more lives. Then, an interdisciplinary team looks after the patience in order to avoid the risks, through a secondary prevention. There are also institutions which look after patience affected by cardiovascular disease. The professional personnel that take care of them is composed by specialized people such as general practitioner, hospital doctors, nurses, etc. In order to improve the patience conditions is important to apply a long-term treatment. After a MI the patience could be affected by anxiety, depression, stress etc. The nurse can operate in order to improve and promote by the patience the selfcare, the improvement of the psychological situation and the quality of life.The greater part of the consulted studies has confirmed that an interdisciplinary team is the most suitable in order to prevent further disease in cardiovascular patience. The nurses have seen as professional workers in relation with patience affected by cardiovascular disease. The multidisciplinary team can also provide a better environment in which the team can communicate. 20 studies have been analysed. The most authoritative ones concern the effectiveness of the following interventions: counseling, The Heart Manual, educational protocols where the heart rehabilitation program, motivational talk, coaching, therapeutic relationship, guided relaxation, follow-up programs, exercise SE. The internet based treatment have resulted in a good tool in order to care the post cardiovascular event period.
