Abstract
With the rise of the middle age we are more and more often faced with elderly patients with aortic valvulopathies, who have many concomitant pathologies that are not recommended for classic sternotomy surgery due to high surgical risk and the numerous post operative complications . With the transcathetic approach, it is possible to act on these types of patients. The nursing team plays a very important role in planning and implementing care interventions in the pre and post operative for the improvement of the health condition, the prevention of complications and the therapeutic education of the patient in the post operative.
