Abstract

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder of uncertain causes and pathogenesis that mainly affects older adults and is the most common cause of dementia.The most essential and often more early clinical manifestation of AD is the selective memory dysfunction, however treatments available that can improve some symptoms of the disease, however, do not have a syndrome-modifying therapy but slowing down the progression of drugs. The purpose of this paper is to treat communicative and in-patient management of behavioral cognitive disorders of the Alzheimer's patient. 
The purpose of this dissertation is to make known the complexity of the role of foster care both in the way of approaching this delicate type of pacients, by evaluating the best techniques to relate, both in the way of managing the disorders as well as cognitive ones behaviors that may occurat various stages of the disease,and the nurse and all figures aiming at the well-being of the patient with Alzheimer's disease should adopt. 
The last part provides for a standard care planning, which describes the priorities and the axiomatic interventions that can be implemented in this type of patient.
