Abstract

This thesis aims at analyzing and describing emergency services through the identification of nursing nursing with the use of Nanda taxonomy. In the last few decades, a radical reform of the nursing profession has been carried out, through a substantial revolution in the normative framework of reference, both with regard to the ordinance and the formative aspect. As regards emergency-urgency, several years have seen the valorization and spread of new nursing activities within first aid facilities. The unhealthy and self-referential proliferation of "new activities" and the presence of historical caring habits may have triggered application disputes, operating in nursing interventions in emergency-urgency. The lack of Italian emergency services for a classification system of nursing diagnosis and the lack of a shared nursing taxonomy could cause professional misunderstandings within the work team. A questionnaire was made to visualize the perception of autonomy by the Emergency Services nurses of OCSAE, Emergency Medicine and Obi, in which one tries to differentiate "perceived autonomy" from "real autonomy". The ultimate goal is to evaluate the sustainability of NANDA nursing interventions related to the specific nursing diagnosis that coincides with the nursing care activities that the nurse manages independently by attributing the benefits in NANDA . It is important to highlight the importance of emergency nursing-emergency nursing through the implementation of nursing skills related to the use of NANDA nursing diagnosis, which would be the basis for choosing the most appropriate and effective nursing interventions for assistants.
