Abstract
Bipolar disorder is a psichiatric disease which is present in our society and classify negatively who is affected. In this theses is explained bipolar disorder from the point of view of the patient and also of the family which showld be an important support especially in a cyclic oustet of disease. Are described two important nursing behavior: emphaty and therapeutic alliance. Was made a care planning using taxonomy Nanda I, Nic e Noc.
