Abstract
In the thesis the theme of the reality of the transplantation of organ has been faced for a long time by the moment of the diagnosis to the assistance term. The purpose of this job has been to make to know the active role of the nurse as principal figure of patient’ support.
The elaborate one has been divided in two principal parts; the first one concerns the technical-organizational aspects of the transplantations, including history, organization on nationwide, some demografic data, the iter of the patient and the indications, side effects and surgical technique of every single organ. While the second part focuses its on the nursing assistance postoperative to immediate and long term, with particular attention to the role of educator.
Exactly this is the key element for an improvement of the results and the quality of life of the patient. Besides to complete the second part has been inserted the relative taxonomy NANDA-I, NOC and NIC as consolidation of the relief activity nursing.
