Abstract
INTRODUCTION:The nursing is a trial that should unwind in the way most natural possible for his/her/their mother
and for his/her/their child; this phase can be destabilizing for her mother and to make to be born fears, personal fears
and doubts. External and inside pressures, have the tendency to mine the delicate and dawning competences parental
that can influence the nursing. The exclusive nursing to the breast is preferable for a whole series of physical
advantages and immune that concern both her mother and her child.
PURPOSE:To organize particularly a clinic on the nursing for all the sanitary operators,midwives and nurse, to be
initiators of the nursing.
MATERIALS IT IS METHODS:Harvest and consultation existing literature
RESULTS:The exclusive nursing to the breast for about 6 months is the best protection for every child from the
illnesses of the respiratory and digestive apparatus.Effectiveness it is to form particularly all the sanitary operators,
midwives and nurse, with the course of the UNICEF.It would be useful to organize a clinic of the nursing for a short
follow-up term, programmed during the resignation, to appraise: correct attack to the breast,management of nipple
shields e/o aids for the nursing, evaluation of the recovery of the "physiological decrease" and to prevent the onset of
the pathologies of the lactation: ragadi, mastitis, abscesses.
CONCLUSIONS:
This clinic is important for the necessity to sustain and to promote the exclusive nursing up to 6 months and prolonged
over the two years of life "Exclusive" according to the indications of the OMS, of the Unicef and of the European
union,recepite also from our Office of the Health. The project of the clinic of the nursing becomes a point of
reference for the mole mothers and an useful moment to strengthen the relationships among the various components
of the support net of thewomen that wants sanitary suckle:professionist, associations of mothers and family service
center.
