Abstract
Diabetes can be considered one of the most emergent and disabiling diseases of the twenty first’s century, it is almost an outbrake that involves not only the developed countries. More than three milion people around the world have this desease and in the chronicity need nursing care integrated with other servicies. It is a continue challenge fot the sanitary sistem because of it’s complications, comorbilities and economical and social consequences.
I wrote this script to put light on the care directions, the prevention and the care of the diabetic foot, frequent and disabling variant in the diabetic patient. Beeing comprehensive about this topici is almost impossibile. But with the intent of bringing a personal experience, i think that will emerge more new aspects. The NANDA-I, NIC, NOC planning care opens a wide optical of the individual person, at the point that no other planning care would be the same like another. This uniqueness urged me to formulate this work project.
