Abstract
Congenital heart diseases are more frequent in the newborns. They can be divided into mild forms and severe ones.
These pathologies are related to a hearth organogenesis defect and they represent an important cause of perinatal mortality and infant death.
The main risk factors for this deficits are: prematurity, familiarity, genetic syndrome, maternal disease and uterus infections.
With innovative diagnostic strategies, its now possible to make an early diagnosis, but not always the surgical correction could be done in the first months of the babys life.
His family face a period during which the child is very weak and this situation could damage all the members.
For this reason, its very important to promote a rapid diagnosis and also to take care in time of the family unit with the related needs.
In this work there are explained the different types of congenital heart disease and it provided a working method of health care, using tassonomy NANDA-I, NIC and NOC.
