Abstract
In this elaborate of thesis the nursing assistance has been treated related to the patient carrier of external fixer with the objective of a taking in global load of the assisted one.
The all has been divided in two parts: the first inherent to the definition and indication of the external fixation and to the relief management of the period that precedes the intervention; the second treats the nursing assistance in the immediate post-operating and for a long time term, deepening in particolar way the role of the nurse as educator in the hospital and home environment for a correct relief continuity. Every part has been widened inserting the relief planning through the use of the language Nanda-I, NOC and Nic to make to understand to the best the assistance lent by the nurse. The nursing figure must be sees from the patient as professional able to favor and to improve its comfort psychophysical.
