Abstract
The thesis comes from the need to standardize the work done by the nurses of the laboratory of Hemodinamics Hepatic. This was established in the AOU Policlinico of Modena in 2009 and represents a unique reality in Italy. To date more than 1000 patients were exposed to two main diagnostic procedures of the Laboratory: measuring the pressure gradient Port-hepatic or HVPG and right heart catheterization. The current organization of the Laboratory, the materials selected in time and optimizing the operational routine specification of nurses have been explained in an operational flow chart and detailed lists, which are the basis for the description, trasmission and evaluation of the tasks of nurse of the Laboratory of Hemodynamics Hepatic.This work will serve to support the operator nurse pratictioner atthe required level during the procedures, and to ensure the best patient care.
