Abstract
The theme of the elaborate describes the relationship between the triage nurse and user in communication.
Starting from a historical and legal overview, it describes the operation of triage activities, they will outline the requirements to train as nurses triagista and finally it will focus on aspects related to the process of effective communication between the nurse in the emergency room and the person taken in care.
Because the relationship that is created between the two parties is based on the direct approach between operator and assisted, communication becomes the key to getting the person’s trust at the time of his entry into the emergency room, ultimately ensuring better results in terms of care.
It will also underline the importance of communication techniques used by the health care because they are the useful means to connect the health facility to the patient in this particular context accentuates his personal characteristics, testing more health personnel.
