Abstract
This thesis aims at exploring the clinical and caretaking problems related to the complexity of chronical and terminal disease in emodyalized patients.
Indeed terminal diseases are an extreme experience, both for the patients and their families, they create disabling factors and heavily inhibit regular social activities.
In this dissertation I describe chronic and terminal nephropathy main causes, physiopathology outlines, alternative therapy, complications, the relevance of the lifes vein, dedicated the paramedic role with a focus both on the individual and on the family with his bio-psycho-social needs, through therapeutic training.
The aim of this dissertation is to find the strengths, helping on developing techniques that allow to live with a chronic disease. I collected nursing diagnosis on dialyzed patients, using Nanda's taxonomy, NIC and NOC with which the healthcare assistant can plan, record and evaluate the effectiveness of the single operations, with others professionals, to finally prove how essential the connection between patient, nurse and family ultimately is.
