Abstract
An optimal planning of nursing care in respect of a patient with hepatic decompensation, need an enriched knowledge of Pathology, Symptomatology and related complications because they bring the patient facing a liver transplantation.
The purpose of my work is in the nursing care planning of an adult patient undergoing liver transplant due to Wilson's disease.
A patient with liver disease facing a surgery, requires comprehensive assistance and to the nurse high skills, responsibility and autonomy are required.
It is important to provide detailed and specific nurse care planning to meet the needs of the patient, in relation to his clinical complexity and relief.
Through the consideration of my case, I planned a total nursing care according to Nanda-I, Noc, Nic Taxonomy, considering the actual and potential problems, then formulating Nursing diagnoses, reals and risk, relevant to my patient.
