Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to emphasize the importance of the nursing role in therapeutic education to the patient undergoing hemodialysis.
The interest that made me understanding the question was bonrn after an experience of training at the dialysis center of Pavullo nel Frignano.
The first chapter is to adress the issue of the quality of life of patient undergoing hemodialysis, and the approach to disease.
In the second chapter investigates the psychological and emotional reactions.
The third chapter covers the nephrology nursing and goes to examine the importance of communication in the care.
Live in hemodialysis is the fourth chapter, where we explore the topics of social support and family, work and holidays.
Another important issue that i wanted to explore is that of weel-being, which adressed in the fifth and final chapter, when they are exposed to all of the strategies to be adopted at home to live better with the disease.
