Abstract
The objective of this thesis is to describe the efficiency and management Nursing of patients with stroke. This disease, widespread in our country, is a so-called "family disease" because initially, as in other acute illnesses relatives in need of information and support because of the acute event, but unlike other diseases, disabilities can residual of their loved requires more support from the practical point of view, economic, emotional and social. That is why the role of the nurse is essential in assisting the stroke patient, because it takes care of the person delivering assistance once to meet the needs both physical, mental and social. Only operating simultaneously on these three fronts, you will get the maximum improvement of the lifestyle of the patient.
