Abstract
The interest in this topic was created during an internship at the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Hospital-University Hospital of Modena. I wanted to make an investigation into the difficulties encountered by nurses in general approach and procedure with the child.
These difficulties stem from multiple factors such as the opposition of the child, sometimes the lack of coping nurses and parents, or lack of time to do the best they can influence the management of the process.
I also tried to capture their subjective perception of a possible influence of pre-analytical errors can cause the blood sample during the procedure means the questionnaire.
I tried to also get feedback from the Laboratory of the Policlinico of Modena by research data concerning the errors of the blood samples that may occur more commonly.
