Abstract
First of all, with this thesis we want pay specific attention to induction of palliative care in medicine and the consequent improvement that have drawn all patients damages by inauspicious disease. In particular, we want to highlight the application of palliative care in pediatric setting too and how they will not be engaged singulary of the healt of the child patient, but to take care whole family and help them to tackle a way that will see overturn their life, thanks to constant collaboration of a multiprofessional team with the family because, although the disease is lived in first person by the child, parents take the decisions about the treatments.
All this is rendered clearly in the third chapter, with the insertion of an assistance centred on a planning care dispatch of a tiny pediatric patient afflicted by an inauspicious disease, that has lived in first person the need of palliative care. Is paid particular attention of home help's influence, with reference to the role of educator and informer that performed the nurse home help.
