Abstract
The paper focuses on the nursing management of anaphylaxis. It explains what is anaphylaxis and the mechanism that triggers during this reaction, epidemiology, causes of anaphylaxis and the signs and symptoms that the patient and caregivers should immediately recognize. Describes the role of the nurse based sulll'educazione health of the patient and his family about the factors triggered the reaction and how it should be managed.
We wanted to explore the role of the nurse in identifying triagista the gravity of the situation when the patient arrives in the emergency room, assign the appropriate priority code and immediately in activating the emergency route. Describes the elaborate treatment of the reaction, the action taken by the nurse, emergency treatment and information that the nurse is required to give the patient to avoid further exposure to the antigen that caused the reaction. From the writing of this thesis work is highlighted as a nurse showing a central figure in the prevention, recognition and management of anaphylaxis; of the importance of setting goals, the importance of care planning and interventions: education, prevention and management of anaphylaxis.
