Abstract
This thesis describes and analyzes the organizational model nursingcar, placing it in the context of territorial emergency system 118. Initially, we examine the main Italian legislation of relevance. Secondly, there is a more detailed view of the specific operational context in which it is active the nursingcar, the Province of Modena. A space was also dedicated to the figure of the nurse working in the territorial emergency 118 and to some advanced procedures pertaining to nursing.
Following this overview, we enter into the heart of the argument justifying the reasons that led to the decision to introduce the nursingcar, and examining some experimental projects of the past and the present situation.
Finally, the commented tables and graphs show the activity data that has been obtained after the first few months of activation of the model nursingcar (Nov-December 2013 - Jan-February 2014).
The data collection was carried out manually, by examining the patient cards related to the services provided from the nursingcar, and processing these ones on an excel sheet .
