We analyzed the operational reality of Intensive Pediatrics Short Osservation (Osservazione Breve Intensiva Pediatrica), emergency department of the Policlinico of Modena , which uses an Elettronic Healt Record mixed , formed by the electronic medical record and the nursing record on paper .
