Abstract
This thesis analyzes a clinical case: "Anna", being treated at the department of dual-diagnosis and their scheduling nursing.
The patient is suffering from borderline personality disorder associated with substance abuse.
For borderline personality disorder is defined as a pervasive pattern of instability of interpersonal relationships, self-image and mood, associated with a marked impulsivity.
Substance abuse helps to create and amplify the manner in which the aforesaid disorder manifests itself, for which reason the patient is subjected to a voluntary hospitalization with the aim of detoxification from substances of abuse and begin a continuous therapy for the future.
